What we collect
We receive the details you choose to provide through the contact form, such as your name, email address, topic, and message. A newsletter signup supplies an email address. We may also use limited, aggregated website analytics to understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics runs only with your consent: nothing is loaded and no cookie is written until you accept, advertising signals are not enabled, and if you decline we remember that choice for 180 days.
How we use it
We use contact details to answer enquiries, subscription details to manage requested updates, and aggregated usage information to improve the site. We do not sell personal information or use contact-form data to make automated decisions about you or your organisation.
Optional AI chat
The chat feature uses artificial intelligence. Only after you acknowledge its notice, your message and limited recent chat context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. AI output can be wrong. Do not include confidential business data, customer or staff information, credentials, unpublished financials, health information, or other sensitive material.
Browser-based tools and sample data
The Decision Dashboard, KPI Selector, and Data-Question Framer run in your browser. Entries are not submitted to our server. The dashboard company and every dashboard figure are fictional; the demo does not connect to your systems or analyse your organisation.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website. Depending on the feature, these may include hosting and database services, Microsoft 365 services for email and subscription records, privacy-focused analytics, and OpenAI for an AI chat you choose to use. Those providers process information under their own terms and controls.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational records, and applicable obligations. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or the unsubscribe page. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
